Vortex Downloads Folder

Good afternoon.

I am new to Vortex and I have some questions.

I recently installed the StoryWealth collection for Fallout 4. It says it takes 116 GB total space. When I started downloading it, I had around 350 GB free. Now, I only have 48 GB free now. I'm not sure why it seems to be taking up so much space. 

Right now, I'm showing the following folders taking up large amounts of space:

\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\fallout4\mods: 138 GB

\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\fallout4: 113 GB

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data: 172 GB

What are the consequences of deleting the \AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\fallout4 folder? Will it download my mods again? Will it break the installed mods? 

I'm just trying to free up a bit of space on my piddly 512 GB hard drive.
