Varying Bard quality based on location.

I'm not certain if there's one already, if so I'd very much appreciate receiving the name. But the basis of what I'm looking for/proposing is a more dynamic immersion mod for Skyrim Bards, playing more varied tracks dependant on where that NPC resides.

A Bard from Solitude, the city that hosts the Bard's College itself, would understandably be occupied by professional musicians and lyricists, and in such high brow locations play tracks from more appealing and practiced covers of Skyrim's music. However, a local performer growing up in the remote country, somewhere like Rorikstead, might instead have self-taught bards of lesser quality, something that sounds more akin to... well, let's be frank, like the vanilla Bard singing.

But what are your thoughts?
