Vess Attack Ends

What is causing this issue with all of the subtitles when NPC's attack? I will post my load order below.  This applies to all hostile NPC's not just ones from mods, which is causing me grief as I don't know which mod here affects npc dialogue in that way.

IT IS ARVESA.  I downloaded Arvesa - An Armigers Tale on March 20th and it was this that was causing this error. I can sleep easy now.  If you have this issue and want to keep arvesa, I did not mess with the load order settings and the mod says to keep it near bottom of load order which I did not do.  This may fix my error but I am just removing the mod

The newest version of Arvesa fixes this error.
