Game won't load after VNV LOD guide

Somewhat of a modding noob here in need of help. I followed the Viva New Vegas guide along with the LOD guide as instructed but now my game crashes whenever I try to load it (the main menu will load but crashes if I try to load a save a start a new one). Any advice is appreciated, I literally cannot play the game at all.
