[Mod Request] Use 3 custom pawns of your own.

It would be great if someone made a mod that allows you to create and use 3 pawns of your own making instead of only being able to use 1 and having to hire the other 2.
I dont really know the difficulty behind something like this but im pretty sure it has to be pretty hard as you may need to change how the whole pawn system works, but i trust there may be someone skilled enough to pull it off.
