How to disable dynamic physics for activator?

I would like to add something like a small statue as a workshop item. This statue would display a short text when examined.

Using FO4Edit, I copied the vanilla item, created a simple activator, changed only the mesh, and added a recipe for building. So far it has worked well.

The problem is that the statues in the settlement have dynamic physics enabled, as do the junk items, etc. This means that if something hits it, it will fall over and the player can grab it and throw it.
I would like to fix this statue like a static object, but do not know how. Is there any better way to do this?
