The warning means that sounds don't work with these (I assume it means unsheathing sounds) and it's not managed the same way that other weapon sheathe styles are handled (through the MCM if I recall correctly). These are optional and I would recommend just not installing them if you're not sure. Edit: Just noticed this was a major necro.
