help troubleshoot game freeze.

I've been trying since yesterday, but I can't figure it out.
I Crash within 3 mins of loading into the game world.

• No Errors/Warnings from Loot.
• No CTD, game freezes and the voice goes on.
• it's not RAM/VRAM issue, I was having CTDs but fixed my paging, and it's been fine for a long time since.
• here's the Papyrus log.

Any help is greatly appreciated, if you can just point me in the direction of the mod that's causing this, then I can look into fixing it.
