tyreil829 Posted July 6, 2009 Share Posted July 6, 2009 i have only seen one bleach mod and that is the bleach overhaul mod ( which only adds some weapons) but a cero idea would be welcome, i have seen quite a few bleach EPs and all the ceros i seen is well a diffrent colour but cero can be like a Ray or just a oblvion fireball (quite a large one LOL) i hope it does get made it would be intresting to see some more Bleach Mods in Oblvion hehe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am so sad.Weapons added in bleach overhaul dont have shikais or bankais, that makes me more sadthen there's no shinigami robes what makes me veeery angy :verymad: but when someone makes cero, it is one that can be checked out.. The last I read the mod was at work at that, but I do not know the current status. Or if he even gave up. I to would like to see a more complete bleach overhaul, completer with all the weapons from the series in all their forms. Or better yet, they all start off in their normal forms, but adds a spell that you can use to change them into shikai, and than finally into bankai. forgerofsouls Posted July 23, 2009 Share Posted July 23, 2009 Actually, yeah that would be the basic idea behind bankai. It would be really simple actually for some of the scripting. Each sword (can't spell what they are actually called XD) would come with its own special script that once equiped would give the player a new spell. One that would call out the shikai form of the sword. Shikai would only last while the sword is wielded; if ever dropped, sheathed, unequiped, etc... the shikai state would go away. And each sword (or atleast the ones that we have seen their bankai) would also give the player a once per day greater power to release the sword into its bankai state. Of course, the player has to have the shikai state up to be able to use bankai. The length of time the bankai lasts is the same as shikai, as long as the weapon is being wielded. If sheathed, dropped, unequiped, etc...bankai would go away. And of course, being a greater power, would not be useable till the next day. But while all this seams easy. The scripting that would go into the work is alot. As would making a proper Cero. But Cero and bankai / shikai abilities (not the weapon forms) would be very difficult to do in Oblivion. As would a few special weapons. Like...um...why can't I ever remeber names....bah...Rukia's brother, his sword when released is a swarm of cherry blossoms... o_O Than there is ...Matsumoto's (think I got the name somewhat right) zanpakto (I think that is close...) sword in shikai form is a cloud of ash...and...um...the guy that has the three bladed sword, he uses the wrong name for it because he doesn't like the color Azure (lol, not kidding here), so you see his weapon only as a three bladed sword (this also is influenced by the 11th squads hatred of kido (kidou? correct me please) based zanpaktos. While the three bladed form is obviously not kido based, when he uses the swords actuall name it becomes a glowing blue weapon of awsomeness...well, its awsome imo. But yeah, weapons like that would be somewhat difficult to script correctly imo. Others would be easy. Basically, we are looking at major scripting for such abilities. At best, we could get the weapons. The ones in the bleach overhaul are awsome, but needs to be rebalanced, example, Ichigo uses his zanpakto two handed alot more often then one handed, and isn't as powerful as the Bleach Overhaul has it out to be, IE: The weapon in the overhaul is to powerful, and needs to be a two-handed weapon, not one handed. forgerofsouls Posted July 24, 2009 Share Posted July 24, 2009 Only the cero using tons of magika when used would make sense, not bankais / shikais. With the way some of those powers works, it wouldn't make sense for magika to get involved. For the most part some of them might even just be script driven with charges set on the weapons. Like the easiest would be the zanpaku-to (thats how its spelled apperently o_O) that makes the wieght of what ever it touches to double. Easiest version would be a simple burden on strike enchantment. Other than that, the shikai activation and bankai activation would be the "Spells/Powers" that would be activated, not the weapons abilities themselves. After all, Ichigo's bankai only has one special attack, easy to make into a spell while you are using that bankai that uses up magika like a cero would. But the transformation itself would not. As you can see, Magika would not be a factor in even 50% of the weapons we have seen. Like take Bald Guys (I forget his name, he is the one from 11th Squad with the sword that becomes a three section staff), his bankai is pure melee. Two gaint as blades in each hand with a third on his back. The only thing that would be useable at this point is a Script on Strike feature that would keep raising your Blade skill with each strike, thus it would be kind of like how his bankai only got stronger with each blow dealt to his opponent, each time their attacks met, and each time he took a blow. Because of this your damage with that bankai would keep going up, but only as long as you had the buff on you, which would last for a short period of time. Once the buff goes away, the "Dragon" in his blade would go back to sleep basiclly, thus returning your damage to normal. So that one might be easy to pull off to, like the burden blade. But other blades would be harder. So, its not really a matter of using magika to balance it out. But finding how to balance each ability. Some will obviously be better than others (bankai should always be more powerful than the shikai abilities for example), but despite this it needs to be balanced. Thus why I said that Bankai should be a Once Per Day Power, so that when the player is using it, the player is really strong, but at the same time, once he loses bankai, he can't use it again for a while. That would be a way to keep the player from going bankai all the time. Also, damage values of the weapons themselves. That would have to be closely monitored so that they are still close to the original weapons of Oblivion so that way people would just want to get a Bleach Zanpaku-to and abuse it. Even Bankai when activated shouldn't be that much stronger than their shikai forms. And even then, Bankai shouldn't be outrageously stronger than anything in the game, so you just can't run up to the final boss in the game and one shot him. If anything, maybe each Zanpaku-to should be only aquired through a quest? Don't know, it shouldn't be an easy quest to begin with. Wouldn't be good for a level 1 to be using bankai right off the bat. So maybe quest chains for not only aquiring each Zanpaku-to, but also to gain shikai and finally bankai?
