I'm still going through the tutorials and all, and I just recovered my computer from a nasty virus attack, so lost everything, so I am back to scratch XD But, yeah, if anything, lets start off small. For example, weapons, armor, and masks (for those that need a mask). If anything, custom masks might be to much. But, you never know what could come up with if you don't use a little imagination. The bleach overhaul that can be found has ichigo's mask. But I find the mask to be a little thin for the heads of the characters in the game. But its an awsome mask (if a lot overpowered). Cero: It could be something like Death Ray from Midas Magic with wider beam. Recently I saw a mod which allows to shoot more powerful spells if you tap the cast key longer. It would be good for cero too. Tap the cast key once, you shoot a bara, tap it for 3-4 seconds shoot a cero. Kidou: Well, they would need animations and some needs script as well. For binding spell, they would be a burden spell with animation. The original paralyz is not good 'cause the actor falls down...But the best would be something which holds the actor on one spot without falling. Now the script. If the target's strength, willpower or whatever is strong enough, it can break the spell. It could be done with run a script in every 5 second and attach a chance which depends on the kidou and the target.The attacker type kidou is mostly like the spell in Midas Magic I think. Nothing special apart from that. Vaizard Mask: Cast a spell, than an animations shows how you put on the mask only in third person. In first person show nothing. The time you can use should depend on factors like endurance. And the abilities. + strength, speed, defens againts magic and weapons maybe, more magicka. The grow of skills like blade is pointless because nobody became a better fighter, just stronger. And the mask should have had a count down after use. But not a full day. Its too much I think. And there is a new version out today, get it. While it is true that Midas MAgic did have good stuff in there, the rays were, in my opinion, lacking what a cero would be. It would indead need to be MUCH bigger in size, and strength. And PS. its not "tap" for chargeing it up, its "hold". Tapping is a quick press that lasts for less than a second, like what you do to type. You hold down the casting key to charge up the spell...didn't really mean to get technical there. So far, all my modding skills have amounted to rather nothing. I have no scripting abilities what so ever, nor have I truelly figured out how to model and texture stuff, so I'm still working on that. But for small things in game, I have been able to simple stuff. Not that it is helpful much. In reality, with the right script you could use the paralysis ability, the script would just keep them standing. The biggest problem with Kidou is that the number that people use in the incantation is actually the strength level of the kidou, so that means a kidou 10 would be a weak version of the same spell at kidou 33. So, the chargeable spells ability to charge spells could come in use there. The mask is useable sooner than half a day after each use. That has been proven in the series, I think the wait time in between uses is actually really small, amounting to at most a minute worth of wait for some of them, not sure though, they only explained aobut the max time for use, nothing about waiting to use it again. And in reality, it did make some of them fight better, its not only a strength boost, but at times a skill boost. And the only reason it would increase your weapon skills is because you actually hit harder based on the skill and your strength. A person with 100 str and 20 blade, for example, does much less damage than say someone with 100 str and 100 blade. In fact, I have noticed that this variance can be retardly huge with some weapons. I have a bunch of weapons from mods, and I had one that with 100 str and low skill it did about 30 damage, but when it was at 100 skill it was over 100 damage. XD So, increasing skill through the mask is also something that needs to be done, as it will show the increase in power better than just an increase in str. It seemes easy enough. Think about it.Here i'll use an example. Example: Midas Greater Lightning Bolt. --- Make the beam Wider, maybe change the color, or not, because Cero's do have different colors, since Cero's are usually strong put.. hmmm... Idk, 120 Damage. ANd since using this Lightnigh One, the effect of the Voltage ( like the lightning swirling around it ) will add further effect. It honestly doesn't seem tht hard.. In theory. And another thing, if someone reads this post that i have no set up, and is palnning to use this idea.
