No Man's Sky - Water on Moons (MOD Request)

Hello,

First, thanks for all the wonderful mods everyone here has made! I have a mod request. Is anyone able to make a mod that would make water appear on moons? I think its not logical that moons have trees, plants, atmospheres, animals which require water to survive but no water. Not sure if this would even be possible with modding or if it would require reprogramming of the base code. No Man's Sky used to have water on moons, even ocean moons! A lot of people would like this to be possible, but I was wondering if it could be impossible due to the size of moons.

I had to edit this post. I think I was getting preachy due to low blood sugar or something. (going on about gas giants which was irrelevant)
