Mods have ruined my experience with FNV.

So i installed the NMCs Texture Pack For New Vegas with Nexus Mod Manager. It lagged so much i couldn't play. So i uninstalled it and it's still activated?! I've had enough trouble with mods already and i would really love to play the game sometimes cause all my time goes to the mods and trying to get them work somehow. Any help is appreciated. :)

First of all, mods haven't *ruined* your experience with FNV. You *chose* to install the texture mods, so don't blame the mods or mod makers. Second of all, you either don't have enough VRAM or RAM to play with NMC textures mod, I suggest you remove them directly from the 'textures' folder in your 'Data' folder' in the main directory of your Fallout New Vegas folder.

Download the uninstaller NMC's texture pack on the model page, Texture mods are little harder to uninstall the normal mods But they don't take up space in your load order. Just be careful when you download mods, know your system specs. Edited January 23, 2014 by spartenkiller897

Try Stutter remover and 4gb aware mods. They might solve your problem. Just search for them.

Also try not to start your conversation with something as negative as "Mods have ruined my experience". Since you are talking to modders and mod lovers you may alienate the very people that can help you.
