MrBlue96
Okay so this is just an FYI. I was playing around with the in-game NAC X settings via the pipboy and made the mistake of changing the 3rd person camera option. CAUTION I would not touch this if you haven't already. Essentially, after I reset the changes I made, the 3rd person camera was bugged - specifically when you aim your weapon. It would zoom in and shift to the left, so that the camera was not looking directly ahead anymore, but slightly to the left of the character. This would affect it permanently even after you holstered your weapon again. The only way to fix it was to sit on a chair or go into the V building menu. However, whenever you aim in 3rd person again, it would bug it up again. Countless hours later I found a way to fix it. I tried uninstalling NAC X and reinstalling. I tried editing and adding lines to the INI files. I tried deleting my INI files and letting them be recreated. I started a new whole new save file. If anyone has this issue, this is what finally fixed it for me. Install this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37984 and then go into editing mode and aim when in there. That mod seems to have reset the settings that NAC X changed but that I couldn't find / didn't have access to.
Zenivo
Thank you very much for this! I encountered the same issue and the fix worked perfectly. Much appreciated!
