several errors, unfortunately I do not understand, I imagine by now that you must have already solved it, it is probably incompatibility between some mod, or one on the left side of MO2 is overwriting another that should not do so
Any requirement for another mod that you are missing?
Any mod that requires FNIS or Nemesis depending on which one you use that you have not generated with the program?
Loot organizes the esp on the right side of the window, I find it strange that it can give you an error from there, I hope it never happens to me, I know that MO2 has an option with the opposite mouse button in the .esp on the right side that says “loading order blocked” I have never done it used but maybe it blocks an .esp where you leave it, for example to use over OBIS.
After that there I really don't know much more.
When loading the game CTD can be due to:
 If you use any enb and it is configured incorrectly it will give you CTD
 If you have put the mods on the left side wrong and one is overwriting another that should not do so
 any mod requirement that you have not installed
