Vortex Can't Find Data Folder

Hi, as the title states, my vortex claims it can't find the "Data" folder in Program Files (x86). After some research, here is what I know:

The folder is there; I can find it and click on it.

I played last night fine and today Vortex unmanaged the game and is telling me it can't find the data folder it has been using for the past month.

I understand Program Files (x86) is not recommended as an install location (after recent research), but it was the automatic install location, and I don't want to mess anything up by trying to move it.

My OneDrive is giving me an error that "Vortex.lnk" is unable to sync because it does not have permission. Not sure if this is related or not.

Here is my question: is there a way to (A.) allow vortex permission to access all files so it can properly see the Data folder, or (B.) safely move over all of my game files somewhere that it won't have a problem finding it? I have hundreds of gigabytes of mods on top of a hundred gigabyte Fallout 4 install, so I would strongly prefer not to do the latter. Any help appreciated.

Have you been able to find a fix? I'm having this exact same issue
