Call of duty MW3

I have everything installed Reshasde, iMMERSE, Photorealistic, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 mod, Photorealistic Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 RayTracing - No Color Filter, Cod mw3 care package and Photorealistic Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 but can't figure out the correct procedure steps on how to use all three mods or use them separately plus the per-installed mods in Reshade. My display is Samsung 49 ultra wide curved 240Hz  5120 x 1440. I tried  LEGACY General Creating a game extension to add the game myself and use Vortex to install the mods but it is to confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
