Alternate Perspective Not Loading Even When Alone (Skyrim AE)

Hoping someone can help. I am having so much trouble getting Alternate Perspective to work for my Skyrim AE. When it didn't work with my entire load order enabled, I disabled everything except Alternative Perspective and the mods it needs to function (UIExtensions, Papyrus, Fuz Ro Do'h, and SKSE Address Library). When I tried that, it worked. I then progressively enabled/disabled my entire load order in small groups to see if this was a compatibility issue with another mod and, if so, to narrow down what mod might be causing the problem. But when when I tried that, not only did Alternate Perspective fail to load with any combination of mods in my load order, but when I tried it by itself again, it stopped working, even when alone. I am so confused. Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated. Load order attached.
