Strange Bow Bug

I can't quite explain the bug, so I made a video. Hope someone can help me out.

(P.S. I am using mods, but the bug persisted in vanilla Skyrim)

Weapons and Armor Fixes

 

None of these seem to be relevant to my glitch.

That's weird. Maybe try testing without Weapons and Armour Fixes.
Also typing this into the console

player.removespell 00058F61

Then close the console, fire an arrow, then reopen and type

player.addspell 00058F61

Hopefully that fixes it. :/
I've no idea what to do.

Removing the weapon and armor fixes mod help the glitch a lot, it's still there, but not as bad. And the spell is invalid.
