Vortex unable to deploy mods/switch game profile.

When installing new mods or trying to use the "deploy all" function Vortex would get stuck on deploying the mod that comes last alphabetically. I've been able to get around this but I ran into issues with a mod and need to look into it, but now Vortex requiring I activate my game in the app which involves deploying all my mods, which it cannot do as it gets stuck. It then tells me "Stuck? Please check your vortex.log file." I tried reinstalling Vortex, deleting any mod that has [ERROR] next to it (although when that didn't fix it I restored the file and now there is no error), and I can't make heads or tails of anything else in the log. Can someone please help me?
