Mods not showing up in game

So after Vortex updated, my Tut chest went from almost 5,000 items to now just over 1,500. I have THE SAME MODS installed but most of them are not showing up in my game. I know SOME have been deleted, but I still have the file (and they are not showing up in game)

I have tried to reinstall/redownload the game AND the mods and Vortex. The only ones that DO show up are the ones I have redownloaded from Nexus itself.

I'm having the same issue today using BG3MM. All of my mods are there and the load order is exported to the game. But when I try to load a save from last night, it says all of my mods are missing. I don't know what happened. I tried closing BG3MM and restarting and my load order was cleared. I recreated it (I back it up to a txt file) and export again but the same thing happens.

Same here! I load the runtime 9 in preview, but nothing happened

UPDATE!!!

I updated Vortex and STILL nothing!!!!

I'm not sure if this will help, but I found the problem for mine. BG3MM's path to the Mods folder in AppData somehow got corrupted, and it could not find any of the mods. I'm not sure how or why it happened, but I went into the ModManager settings and used the override field to remap it. Once I did that and exported the order back to the game, it started working again.
