How to lock every abilities, stance, outfits, etc in NG+ through cheat engine (or any other alternative) ?

As the caption says, I'm playing with New game plus save file on my pc and the thing is I've played the game on my console 2 years ago, I loved it soooo much. The only issue I had with it is how some things weren't available in the base game and had to be accessed during new game plus. Like it's cool and all but thing is for all those new things to unlock, I had everything from base game available in my inventory already and character stats already. I wanted to earn them again in new game plus rather than getting all of that for free. New Game plus seriously had some cool stuffs that I really wish was available in the base game but then new game plus unlocked everything for me from the base game and I really wished new game plus had the accessibility option to let players decide how they want it to be

But now the game is released on PC and I hoped there might be some mod or ways to lock everything in NG+ ? Because I want to feel like I've earned them through my own work rather than just getting them first hand. Sorry if this sounds weird I just love this game so much, I don't want an easy way, I wanna feel like I'm truly a ghost on the run but with everything available to unlock THROUGH MY OWN WORK

So is there a mod or cheat that or any kind of tweak that does this ? If not can anyone make such mod ?
