Armor not showing up in shop's inventory

So I made a new armor and added it to the vendor chest of Moira, the one that doesn't respawn (it also contains the rock-it launchers schematics)

 

Now, when I play at savegame 1, the armor doesn't appear in the list, but when I play savegame 2 (a different character) it does! Can somebody tell me how that is possible?

IIRC respawn time for containers is 3 days, just wait or sleep and see if it turns up.

One other thing to consider is how to add your Item to the vendor, adding it directly to moiras chest works but might make your mod incompatible with others.
