Fix for Witcher 3 Next-Gen bug where the combat SFX are muffled when they hit enemies

Ever since patch 4.00, the SFX of the swords when they hit enemies sound compressed (at least when foes are uttering noises like lines or roars). This was never an issue before the next-gen update. It's not just on PC. I notice this on console gameplay videos. It would be great if someone would find a fix for this issue. It's been annoying the hell out of me to the point where I just play the classic version.
