Pink Screen and Crashing upon Startup

Recently there was a update to AMD's Drivers and now whenever I launch from Mod Organizer 2 the screen is just a solid pink magenta color and then crashes. I was around 40 hours in and really enjoyed the game and would like to finish it.

I have resolved the Issue myself while waiting for approval. For other's use I reinstalled MO2 and transferred over the old profile then disabled the custom INI files.
