An Automate add-on request

Was wondering if anyone could make it so you could set an amount minimum to leave in the chest so that automate doesn't prosses everything?
I'm not sure if this is similar to the "don't take the last item" problem Pathoschild talked about running into and looking to address, but I thought
I'd still ask since I'd like something similar but works a little differently.
