Provide feature equivalent to old Model.txt files

Hi

I've been playing the original Pharaoh for 20 years, and I'm currently enjoying Pharaoh: New Era. However, I miss the old text files, Model.txt, from the original game. These files allowed me to modify building parameters such as desirability effects and the number of needed workers (These were the two parameters I used most often for testing or building mega cities)

I dream of a mod that offers a menu where it is possible to modify building parameters.
