Iron Man for Diablo II: Resurrected

Instead of wanting a mod that makes Diablo II easier, I want one to make it harder. 

Back in the olden days, we had LAN parties and one of the challenges we would do is a D2 challenge called an "Iron Man" where we would play hardcore characters and no one was allowed to go back to town unless it was to complete a  questline. 

This was the TRUE hardcore mode. 

This hypothetical mod would do 3 simple things: 

1. Remove the option to trade from all NPC's

2. Some NPC's (Akara, Fara, Ormus, Jamella, Mara) heal you when you click on them. Remove that ability from all of them 

[Note that I want the ability to repair items and gamble items to remain. Akara should also retain her ability to offer respecialization, etc]  

3. Lower the drop-rate of all health potions and Town Portal Scrolls dramatically. I'm thinking by 75%.
