Horse Bugs

I just got a horse and s#*! keeps on getting screwed, whenever I try and talk to someone on my horse, I always end up shooting up and standing on it and I can't do anything except ride around. Sometimes I wont even actually get on the horse but I can control the horse still.

 

Only mod I am using for horses is Convenient Horses, I do realize I forgot to download Auri's Convenient Horses patch but none of that should be making me stand straight up

I wonder if it's an issue because it's missing the requirement.
