Three Different Acessing Certain File errors

This issue started occurring after I updated to the latest version.  I had to download it from the NexusMods site.  I have included a screenshot of the error message in this post.

Vortex version 1.11.6

All three error messages I know I have seen have "Unknown error" as the title.  There are no error codes in any of the error message.

Skyrim Special Edition with the Anniversary Edition upgrade via Steam

13 active mods, unable to check how many inactive mods I have (app won’t let me view the mods)

Windows 11 (Windows 10 was on the laptop when I bought it, updated to Windows 11 for free), 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, version of Windows 11 is 23H2

There are no updates available for Skyrim Special Edition, so I’m probably running version 1.6.640.

Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.78 GB usable)

Launching the app caused the error message (I was able to use the app via the Cancel button).  I also got the error message when I pressed on the Activate button to activate Skyrim Special Edition under the Managed section in the Games area of the app (the error message kept on appearing on a black screen even when I hit the Cancel button, I had to close and relaunch the app). I don’t understand what the error message is trying to tell me.  I haven’t tried anything because I don’t know what to try.  The wording of the error message is in the screenshot.  I’ve seen the same error message when I launch the app.  I have noticed two unique error messages when I pressed on the Activate button to activate Skyrim Special Edition.  There may have been more I missed.

Whenever I tried to copy log data into a Spoiler box, the site went unresponsive.  I uploaded the logs with the most recent date under the date modified section of Windows 11 File Explorer in a .ZIP file.

I cannot guarantee that I will be able to respond to replies on Mondays through Fridays.  I have commitments (jobs, volunteer, etc) going on during the day in my timezone, so I won't be able to respond then.  I should be able to respond during the day in my timezone on Saturdays and Sundays.  There is always the possibility of events popping up that are beyond my control.
