Vortex post exit lag on ghub

Hello people,

Ive noticed a strange thing recently when i played my modded skyrim through vortex.

Whenever i used vortex to play my modded skyrim game, my ghub mouse software would have a 2-3 seond input lag on commands when i quit skyrim and played other games.

I dont know whats going on, but the only way to fix it is restarting the PC.
