HELP: Dialogue delay after starting a survival run and installing some mods.

I am not skilled in troubleshooting mods at all other than removing them one at a time and seeing if anything changes... I installed some mods for a fallout 4 survival playthrough but when I made it to preston I realized the dialogue is pausing after each voice line. It's very annoying and I can't figure out why. 

Here is a list of the mods installed that I'm assuming are the problem. As this problem hasn't happened with the other mods I had before:

I tried installing buffout 4 after doing a quick search to see if that fixes it but I had no luck:
