Some Skyrim SE mods not working

I have the problem that some of the mods i download are not working. like not all are not working only some which is very confusing and i could not find any soloution for that online.
Im Using the vortex mod manager to download everything and yes i am looking at and downloading the requirements that are needed when i download from the nexusmods page.

It would help people help you if you said which mods are not working and/or why you think they are not working. Also make sure all your mods are deployed and you have no outstanding notifications that need fixing.

every mod is deployed and no problems are reported by vortex and the mods that are not working

for the quickloot mod i have this error message when trying to launch but i have the newest version for address libary mod

Assuming you're on the up to date version of Skyrim Special Edition (AE), there are posts on the QuickLootEE page to get the updated version here https://github.com/WaterFace/QuickLootEE/releases/tag/v1

For Better Jumping make sure you have the AE version 1.8.6 and Address Library AE version 11 (2nd file on that page). Based on posts on that page it's hit and miss if it works or not for AE.

and what does AE mean, sorry im new to skyrim and modding of it

ok nevermind i got it all figured out now i have the version 1.6.1170.0.8 and for that version better jumping mod just does not work, as other people already reported and using the address libary AE version just crashes my game instantly on startup so i gues i just cant use that mod

and the quickloot EE mod still does not work even with the newest patch you posted here, same error message
