collection wont see that I already downloaded the mod manually.

Hello, I'm a noob at modding. I downloaded a collection and it's saying that it's missing a dependency.  When I press install and follow the links to the site for the mod it fails to install because the link on the site doesn't lead to the mod file.  I went to the site and downloaded the mod manually to the same folder as all the other mods.  But Vortex still insists it's missing and will only try to download and install it via the link.  I even installed it manually using install from folder but it still insists that it's missing.

 

Anything I can do?
