Vortex doesn't use my mods

I don't really use Vortex all that much. For one reason or another, Vortex doesn't use the mods when I play Elden ring. I set up a Launcher under the tools tab and it launches it fine, but no mods will load. Anyone know why.

lol, yes I have the game XD
