trouble with ostim ng animations

Hello, good morning, I have a problem with ostim ng, a while ago I started a new game and after a while while playing I realized that osti was not working well, everything started and even the menu works but the characters just stand still and do what They don't run any animation, I can even navigate through the manual normally and select positions but it doesn't do anything, finally I end the scene with the menu and my excitement even reduces as if I had reached climax, I have tried many supposed solutions and even reinstalled everything again with the correct versions and it still doesn't work in any game I start, does anyone know what could be causing it or has it happened to you
