Mod viewing problem for mod partner

I uploaded a mod that myself and ApokKnight worked on and I listed him as having editing access. As of 2 days ago he has not been able to view the mod saying that he is denied access to it, but I have not banned him or anyone from any mod I have ever done. He tried viewing the mod without being signed in and can view it. As soon as he signs back in it says he is not allowed to view this mod. Since I uploaded the mod is there any way for me to check banned users to see if for some reason he is listed as denied? Is there something I can do as the publisher to allow him access to the mod again? I checked and he is still listed on the uploaded attributes file as having editing access so I have no idea why he isn't allowed to view this file he helped create. In case it matters to help answer the question the mod is here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49519/?

If you're on the File Sites, click your name at the top of the page and go to your User Area. There's a link called "Manage blocked users" under "Files", as well as the also nice-to-know link "Manage files you have access to".

The former should give you a list of users you blocked and what for, and the latter is the only way through which your authorized co-author will gain management-access to the mod of you both.

However, as I understand it he cannot even access the mod from a User's perspective? That's weird indeed but unrelated to the Editing Access you're trying to give him.

"Not allowed" doesn't sound like the usual "I can't find my mod, where is it? - Check your block tags, you're blocking the content it provides from showing up!"-kind of trouble uploaders run into these days.

I wonder what is the trouble here this time.
