Abandoned BoS Bunker extension mod idea

When you walk inside the Abandoned Botherhood of Steel bunker and look right there's a collapsed hallway but if you remove all the rubble and other stuff out of the way it's a hallway that leads to nothing.

As far as I know of NOBODY has ever bothered to remove the piles of rubble and concrete and extend out the brotherhood bunker by adding more rooms.

So would love to see someone add new rooms to the bunker.
