Custom retexture appearing normal in CK but black in-game

I am making custom suit textures and everything looks wonderful in the CK, however, when I load into the game the textures are an off-black color with the only texture being normal being the vanilla decal texture.

I have tried numerous compression formats having started with BC7 and it does not fix the issue.

All paths are correct and I have purged my own shaders twice to see if that helped.

What are the formats of dds texture you are using? I had a similar problem: my weapon was weirdly metallic in several places while the others were OK. And it looked fine in Material Editor. I found out I had incorrect formatting of textures so I fixed this and now my weapon is ok.

The second thing that comes to my mind is, what type of shader model are you using for that material?
