[mod request] Please make a mod with amplified sound of raindrops on the glass while in car

I am so frustrated by the fact that when you're inside the vehicle all sounds are almost muted except for the engine. I want to drive aimlessly through the rainy night city streets listening to the raindrops on the windshield. Please!
