Vortex Not Installing FNIS Correctly

Yesterday and last night FNIS was running fine but last night I had to uninstall Vortex and reinstall, then reinstall all the mods. Afterwards I keep getting this message every time I try to run FNIS " Failed to run tool". When I click on more this is what it's showing:

Unhandled Exception: System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly "GenerateFNISForUsers.exe" or one of it's dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. 

 

Then under show details this is what comes up:

executable: g:\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISForUsers.exe

I am not sure what I did wrong , I just downloaded it from Nexus and let Vortex load it just like before so I don't know what to do to fix this. Someone help please. Thank you.

Solved the problem but thanks all. It was actually my firewall. Some reason it made my network public and was blocking everything. Once I changed it back to private FNIS ran as soon as I reinstalled it.
