Combining bits of Decorated BOS Bunker mod with the Hidden Valley Overhauled mod

Was wondering if anyone would like to make a small mod that takes the best parts of the "Decorated BOS Bunker" mod and adds rails to the stairs and vault signs overhead (see pictures for example) inside the Brotherhood bunker ?

 

There is a mod that already adds railings and vault signs that label the rooms and areas of the bunker such as the "Decorated BOS Bunker" mod but that mod isn't very good cause the maker of that mod has a serious hardon for the BoS symbol being everywhere and doesn't work with the superior "Hidden Valley Overhauled" mod. So was hoping to combine the two.
