.NET Target Framework for the plugin

Hi everyone, 

I am new to modding and was following the BepInEx tutorial. I am little confused on the selecting the TFM. The both TFM versions does apply for my case. The game has "netstandard.dll" and the games "mscorlib.dll" version is 4.6.57.0

I tried using all of the suggested TFM and still see issue when building the project. 

I am using the .NET 6. As I was experiencing other issues with the .NET 8 and found github suggestion about using either .NET 6 or 7
