They might be fully reliant on EAC which can be easily disabled by messing with the config. I do have a full game dump and SDK but its only been used for cheats bc some people are so bad at video games they need to cheat in an easy pve game. I'm working out an option for runtime mesh loading in unreal that will hopefully be somewhat universal but don't hold your breath.
