Noticed that Nords have an innate bonus to both. Long heard that one-handed weapons are superior to two-handed because the damage mitigation of shields more than outweighs the lower dps. If not, is there a perk overhaul that fixes this? Think that all perk overhauls cover this, but never heard of one that doesn't make you op. Was thinking of trying enai's v++ mods for the longest time, but since have heard that using them all together makes the game a joke even on legendary.
