My skyrim Loadout problems

I for some reason still can't get this Bloodline - A Fertility Mode Companion mod to work without using sexlab and i have no clue why i've set the mod to load after Fertility Mode, Fertility Mode 3 Tweaks and Updates, and OStim Standalone along with any other file that interacts with these mods so that bloodline is practically at the end of my load order and there for should overwrite any mod that might be the problem but it still won't show up unless i have Sexlab installed the only thing i haven't tried if having sexlab installed but the plug in disabled to see if that works for some reason like it does for the Bijin files i have

the link i am attaching to this is a word document with my current load order without Sexlab installed if someone wants to take a look and tell me what i might have wrong please and thank you i really think this is a cool mod and i would like to get it to work
