Mod idea / request: settlement build item - useable recessed entry door with window combo wall/block

So many mods exist with wonderful build items, like Snappy, Master Plan, SOE and Homemaker, yet the one item I am having a hard time finding is the type of door/window block that is seen everywhere in the commonwealth in many styles, but always boarded up. Just wander around Hangman's Alley to see the selection just in that area, those recessed doorways to one side with an un-recessed window next to it? Shellkit in Snappy Housekit has flush door/window combos, but I haven't seen a useable conversion for the ones I'm referring to. Could be a simple expansion or patch for Snappy? (says the guy who only kinda thinks he knows...) Speaking of Hangman's Alley, that big curved building... I'd love to gain entry, or even be able to build something like that...
