Mods are not downloaded

After clicking on the "slow download" button and waiting for 5 seconds, nothing happened. Later, I found out that I could only download using a VPN.

I'm in the same boat. Noticed I couldn't download anything from the site starting a couple of days ago. I've made no changes on my end and things were working fine this last weekend. Could it be something with the site update? I've checked on my end (different browser, incognito, Anti-virus, firewall, etc.) and nothing has any effect. I don't even get and error message. The download just doesn't start. Haven't triend the VPN solution yet, but that is ridiculous. I've never had to use that. I'm in the US and I know this site isn't blacklisted or anything... at least I don't think it is.

It's the same for me. The download only works with vpn. Before the recent site update, everything was downloading normally. If anything, I'm from Russia

The second day I observe this problem. I tried it from different browsers and devices. With VPN it downloads. I am from Russia.
