Deathclaw skins issue

I have an idea to create a deathclaw companion with the ability to change appearance in the game. I created a device that changes appearance similar to how it is done in TransDOGrifier from creation club. But when I put the device on a character, only the horns and spikes on the back change. For example, I change my appearance to alpha variant. Standart deathclaw:

In the Creation kit the Transmogrification Device is an armor with a set of skins:

With a set of modifications, each of which applies a specific skin:

Skins are a copy of the original skins of the deathclaw:

I also noticed that a similar problem exists on the original deathclaws. If you open any original deathclaw and try to change the skin, only the horns and spikes on the back will change. Original EncDeathclaw02:

How can I fix this and make it so that the entire model changes, and not just the horns and spikes?

 

I also have an idea to make it possible to change the scale, but I don’t even know how this can be implemented. Are there any examples of how wearable clothing can be used to change scale?
