7531Leonidas
BEES is only needed when using mods in SE versions older than 1.6.1130. Are you using SSE Engine Fixes ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230 ) or SSE Fixes ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10547 )? Both were intended to help with FPS drops. I think that there was at least one more mod, but my memory fails me.

7531Leonidas
@streicher520 Take a look at the descriptions for both, SSE Engine Fixes can be set to prioritize the similar processes in SSE Fixes, which only works in SE 1.5.97. I did run both, when I was using that SE version.
7531Leonidas
@streicher520Did you take a look at Skyrim SE Performance and Graphics Boost Guide ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2589 )? It might have a few tips/tricks that could help.
TurntLogic
Even in the vanilla game, Falkreath is a known trouble spot for FPS, and mods like Nature of the Wildlands only worsen the issue. You can try eFPS - Exterior FPS boost but patching this mod can be a lot of work. You can also lower your shadow distance and shadow resolution, which should give you a few frames back.

TurntLogic
If you want to try changing game settings, you'll probably want to get BethINI. It provides a user interface for editing your INI files, making it much easier than manually changing stuff.
