How to copy armor from one mod to another?

I created one mod for my personal use, which uses forms, meshes and textures from another mods (I don't use this mods cause they are includes some op items with easy acess). And every time I recreate armor from another mods in my mod, I need to create form that copies original mod form, and set path to meshes and textures from original mod to my mod's item

Is there any fast way to copy one armor (with all forms, textures and meshes) from .esp A to .esp B without including every other item and logic from esp B to esp A?
And if there is, please help with step by step explanation, starting from GECK launching
